I’m so incredibly honored to share with you my latest children’s book illustration project.

This special book is an annual project by the Florida Baptist Children’s Homes. It’s 12-page Coloring & Activity Book for Vacation Bible School students. It serves as a tool to help young children learn about the Children’s Homes ministry in a fun and engaging way.

This project is so dear to my heart and it is such a blessing to be part of it.

I received a wonderful e-mail from the people of Florida Baptist Children's Homes letting me know that this year' book has been a huge success and they have received a great response!! They printed 500,000 books!! I'm so humbled and honored! Thank you so, so much!!!!

...now I'm working on the next year's book sketches!

Hello Whimsy Ones! Summer has been so wonderful so far, our family have enjoyed weekend trips to the beach, BBQs, visits to the Art Museum, lots of smoothies, ice creams, giggles and family time.

Here is one of my latest projects. This little box was my gifty for the Prop Swap at The Angel Company annual convention.

 

For this project I used the Pot Rockz Paper Collection (from The Angel Company) and other cute embellishments like silk flowers, buttons and lots of ribbons. I filled the box with a little gift book about the Garden of Friendship and lots of Hershey kisses. Cute, ha?

A Twinkly Day!!

Hi, dear whimsy friends!! I'm back from my annual trip to The Angel Company Seminar (Convention) in Wichita, Kansas.  What a wonderful experience. I love seeing all my friends and have an artsy time. Lots and lots of wonderful projects and workshops.

Also, it was the release of the brand new catalog...so I have to share with you some...

Great news!!!  My brand new rubberstamp design set just released this past weekend! Isn't it way cute?!! The set comes with 8 designs.

I also brought some little gifts to share...these are some little boxes with bath salts. I stamped and colored the attached card (of course, I used Stickles glitter to embellished it) and added it lots of ribbons.

Below are some super adorable buttons made using my new "Fairy Birthday" design. (Thanks Lindsey from The Angel Co. for making this buttons for me and for the touch of glitter on them). These buttons were one of little gifts given to all the convention attendees.
