Hi there! Well, the holidays were simply fabulous and busy not only at home but also at Whimsy and Stars Studio. I completed several freelance projects and at this time I'm trying to catch up with my scrapbooks. Currently I'm working on some scrapbook pages about myself (for my children) and other cool paper projects. The photo on the left is a little detail from one of my pages. I also have been experimenting with mixed media and illustration techniques of my scrapbooks. Here are some great links for cool scrapbooking ideas (just to name a few):

I'm quite excited with the new round of Gifty! The theme is "From the Heart". Cute, ha?!! Thanks, Leslie!! Can't wait to see who's going to be my gifty partner.
I also signed up my little ones to participate on Mini Swap, which is an artsy swap for children from all around the world, hosted by Molly. The theme is"To brighten the winter(rainy day) Blues". How cool is that?!

I have been invited to teach a class at the annual The Angel Company Winter Retreat!! Is going to be in San Antonio, Texas the week of February 23-25, 2006! The theme of this year's retreat is Muy Caliente! {very hot}
I will be teaching coloring techniques, rubberstamping and other artsy ideas using stamps, paper and color. This event is an overload of creativity. There will be classes on rubberstamping, collages, scrapbooking, mixed-media projects and other paper arts. We always have such an amazing time together! And I return home totally inspired! We are going to be staying at the Menger Hotel in San Antonio, it looks so fantastic! Can't wait to hang out with all the amazingly creative "T.A.C angels"!!
Check it out! This month The Angel Company homepage is featuring one of my rubberstamp designs! Check the paisley design on the background of the pink paper (stamped with white ink)...Way cool! The designers at TAC are always so creative! Thanks TAC !
Also, Lisa J. Thompson (a TAC demonstrator) used one of my rubberstamp designs for one of her stamped card creations and was featured in the Rubber Stamper Magazine (Jan/Feb issue) Congrats Lisa!!! (card on the left)
At this time I'm re-designing my website and I will be adding brand new illustrations and products. I'm working really hard to have everything ready soon. I'll keep you posted. xo
