I'm so excited to introduce to you (6) six of my latest sparkly hand assembled & embellished greeting cards designs!
Each card features one of my latest illustrations. They are 5"x5" (blank inside) and they include a white envelope and are protected in a cello sleeve. Each background has been handpainted and are embellished with cute glitter and other pretties. Each illustration is mounted on recycled & acid-free paper. Each card is $5.00 ($1 s&h)

Today I found one of my sketchbooks and inside I found this illo! What a treat! It represents everything that makes me happy and gives me purpose. I just love the sound of those little voices calling me: "Mama!" You see, for many years my husband and I tried and tried to have babies without success. Even though we were a very happy couple I always felt this huge hole in my heart...longing for a baby! I spent 7 long years praying, crying, hoping and believing for the day when a little one would call me "Mama". I received my miracle one unexpected day! And I became the happiest being in the whole world!
Now that I have my two babies I'm grateful for each day I hug them and kiss them. I'm so honored and grateful to have them in my life and to be called their "Mama".

I totally love these Starbucks Frappucinos, they are so yummy! I enjoy drinking them while hanging on my comfty hammock or while watching my fav HGTV shows! (I have to watch it 'cause is quite easy to get carry away with them!) LOL. My fav flavors are vanilla or caramel.
Oh goodness! This cream is an experience! It's Rose Shea Butter. I discovered it in a cute gift shop in San Diego, California and I had to buy it! The fragance is addictive and it leaves your skin sooooo soft. I love to use it at bedtime, it literally helps me to sleep like a baby! And at last my fav perfume! Aqua di Gio by Giorgio Armani. Refreshing & flowery Mmmm!

First of all: Thank you for all of your prayers during these past weeks of terrible hurricanes here in Central Florida. We are doing good and our home was spared from danger! Thanks to our loving Heavenly Father and your kind prayers!
Welcome to my new blog! I'm so thrilled with this new addition to Whimsy and Stars Studio! http://www.whimsyandstarsstudio.com. It took me several weeks to figure which software to use but the wait was worth it! This new journal will have better features including previous post archiving (for your easy browsing) and lots of great goodies! I will be updating and adding old archives in the next few weeks.
News: I have been working on several illustration projects, including a coloring & activity book for a wonderful local charity http://www.fbchomes.org, this is a project I hold dearly to my heart. I also have been working on my handcrafted greeting cards...I'm hoping to have them available really soon! Here is a pic of my dining room table full of cards to be assembled.
Awesome News! A local art boutique is now carrying my little line of handcrafted greeting cards. The name of the store is A Heart for Art is own by Carla Gray, a fantastic photographer and artist. I'm thrilled to partner with such cool store! I'm be posting photos soon!
